欧聪，男，1994年10月生，湖南衡阳人，中共党员，中国科学院地理科学与资源研究所副研究员。主要从事信息与人文地理学交叉研究，重点聚焦遥感大数据与土地利用变化，城乡转型诊断与区域可持续发展，人地系统科学与国土空间治理等领域。在Science Bulletin、Habitat International、The Innovation Geoscience、Earth System Science Data、IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing、International Journal of Applied Earth Observation and Geoinformation、Environmental Impact Assessment Review、科学通报等期刊发表学术论文30余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年C类项目、国家重点研发计划项目专题、中国博士后基金面上项目等3项，参与国家自然科学基金重大项目、重点项目、国家重点研发计划项目、中科院A类先导专项、农业农村部、自然资源部、国家乡村振兴局委托课题等10余项。
